I love the bikes, but I'm really struggling with the app. Often just buffers/loads endlessly upon opening and doesn't show the map with bike locations etc. Need to close and re-open multiple times for it to properly load the map, which makes it a really frustrating user experience. Also not always v easy to spot where the designated parking spaces are.

Just downloaded the app and am looking forward to hiring a bike. On first impression, the app user experience is not ideal - the sheer number of pins obliterates sight of the map and makes scrolling around it clunky, verging on impossible at times. Perhaps you could make the pins into smaller dots?

TRASH! Very disappointed. I needed to get somewhere. I couldn't even rent the bike. My account details were fine. Everytime I tried to rent, it would just send me back to the scan QR page. Lime bikes maybe expensive, but at least I'll get to my destination on time with no renting problems.
